IT research from TechAisle shows that SMBs will cough up around $7 billion to MSPs, mainly for IT maintenance in 2011. The good news for MSPs is that this trend will continue to go up, with spending possibly going up to $11 billion annually by 2015. TechAisle's data comes from a survey it conducted of more than 2000 U.S. SMBs and channel partners.
