ObjectWorld Launches Unified Messaging Solution for the Enterprise

ObjectWorld Inc. introduced CallAttendant Office, a multi-channel, PBX-integrated unified messaging application and personal communication system for the enterprise.

CallAttendant Office offers an intuitive GUI, based on object-oriented, drag-and-drop tools, both at the administration and user levels, enabling all staff to configure and manage their call flow on a daily basis. Call flow script extensions are based on Caller ID, Outlook Contact record, or Contact group, which enables users to configure intelligent call flow scripts based on the identification of the caller. System management options include remote visual management from any networked machine, and administrators have full access to manipulate the system configuration.
