Tricord Introduces Lunar Flare NAS Clustered Server

Tricord Systems Inc. introduced its Lunar Flare NAS, the first in a family of server appliances based on aggregation software.

Customers can grow their storage by adding individual Lunar Flare NAS appliances to create a cluster, managed as a single resource. The Lunar Flare NAS is deployed on a network and shared by all Windows users. A single node provides 135 GB of raw storage.

Lunar Flare NAS will be distributed through select channel partners and also sold directly through Tricord as a “pay as you grow” solution.”
