BMC Adds More to PATROL

E-business systems management provider BMC Software Inc. has added another offering to its PATROL product line with the introduction of PATROL for Service Level Management (SLM). Designed to monitor and manage service levels, PATROL for SLM provides a customer-centric view of service level management. This expedites the development and management of SLAs, thereby enabling companies to optimize the availability of its mission-critical applications. One of the biggest features is action-oriented SLM, as PATROL alerts service providers about an SLA breach, allowing the providers to isolate the problem and to begin taking the necessary steps to regain SLM compliance.
