Soffront Introduces Updated CRM Software

Soffront Software Inc., a provider of CRM software, announced the release of the latest version of its TrackWeb CRM software, TrackWeb CRM 6.0.

TrackWeb CRM is a set of four integrated components: defect tracking, help desk management, sales force automation, and knowledge management. These Web-based components can be used individually or as an integrated, turnkey CRM management solution.

TrackWeb provides action buttons to guide users to possible next actions, leading them to the desired path per customer's workflow needs. Possible next actions can be configured for each individual user group, according to the customers' specific workflow model. TrackWeb integrates with popular version control systems and provides full-featured calendar and task lists.
