Concierge to Offer Voice E-mail, Other Telecom Services

Conceirge Inc. will offer server versions for Windows NT and Windows 2000 of its Personal Communications Attendant (PCA).

The PCA is a software-only product, which requires a voice/fax/data modem. The server version will allow users to connect directly to their own company servers via modem, access Internet and intranet e-mails, and listen to them from any phone.

The PCA can be configured to access e-mails by phone, listen to them, and control the PCA's response through pre-defined voice commands. E-mail security is provided by a password system that allows the PCA to verify the user's identity through a user-selected voice password, and will only respond to the individual user's voice commands and responses. The PCA can be used from any standard touch tone phone.
