LANSource Offers Full Customer Care Fax Solution

LANSource Technologies Inc., a developer of LAN-based and IP-based fax and modem sharing software, has announced customer care modules for its Virtual Fax Network (VFN) software.

Virtual Fax Networking (VFN) is a carrier-grade, business-class fax software targeted at Internet Service Providers. The modules allow ISP's corporate customers to open a fax account and save on long-distance fax expenses.

Under the VFN solution, all fax hardware resides at the ISP with only software being installed at the customer's corporate LAN.
