Informix Aligns with Siebel Systems

Informix Corp. (Menlo Park, Calif., www.informix.com) and Siebel Systems Inc. (San Mateo, Calif., www.siebel.com) today announced a global alliance that brings Siebel's Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) products to Informix Dynamic Server. Customers can now deploy Siebel's integrated family of sales, marketing and customer service products on Informix platforms.

As a "Premier Platform Partner" in the Siebel Alliance Program, Informix and Siebel are working together to ensure tight integration between current and future versions if Informix and Siebel applications. Additionally, both companies plan to sell and market their products to mutual customers running Siebel applications on the Informix Dynamic Server. --Brian Ploskina, Assistant Editor
