Talkdesk has expanded its partnership with Microsoft by embedding Talkdesk for Microsoft Teams and making its Customer Experience Automation (CXA) platform available on the Azure Marketplace.
The Teams integration enables agents and supervisors to access omnichannel routing, presence syncing and customer data within the Teams interface. Meanwhile, CXA brings AI-driven orchestration to customer interactions, offering prebuilt AI agents that automate workflows without requiring a rip-and-replace of existing infrastructure.

WatchGuard Technologies has introduced FireCloud Total Access, a hybrid secure access service edge (SASE) platform designed to bring enterprise-grade security to managed service providers (MSPs) and smaller IT teams. Delivered through WatchGuard Cloud, the service combines secure web gateway (SWG), firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS), zero trust network access (ZTNA), and identity management in a single platform. The company says the solution reduces the need for VPNs and hardware, making deployment faster for hybrid workforces.

The reimagined portal features over 3,000 AI-driven solutions from partners, all governed by Microsoft’s existing compliance and security controls. The Marketplace is integrated directly into Microsoft products, allowing customers to discover, provision and deploy partner solutions without leaving the cloud environment.

CyberFOX and MSP Process have announced a strategic partnership to integrate dual identity verification into managed service provider (MSP) environments. Under the agreement, CyberFOX will resell MSP Process’s end-user and technician verification technology, which uses two-way authentication to confirm identities and block impersonation attempts. The tools are designed to mitigate risks from voice-based phishing attacks, a growing tactic in which attackers pose as IT staff or clients to gain unauthorized access.

HR-giant Adecco Group has renewed its strategic partnership with Microsoft for another six years, the two companies announced recently.
The partnership will help boost Adecco's use of Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
