SuperOps and Guardz Partner to Simplify Security and Operations for MSPs

SuperOps and Guardz have announced a partnership focused on helping managed service providers (MSPs) reduce complexity by integrating operational and cybersecurity functions more closely. The new offering pairs two AI-native platforms: SuperOps unifies PSA, RMM, MDM, ticketing and automation into a single system  while Guardz Ultimate Plan brings identity, endpoints, email and more into a connected data fabric, with agentic correlation for threat detection and response backed by 24/7 human-led MDR.

The collaboration is designed to address the growing challenge of fragmented technology stacks, where MSPs often rely on multiple disconnected tools for endpoint management, monitoring, security and customer support. By bringing security capabilities into day-to-day operational workflows, the partners aim to simplify management and improve efficiency.

SuperOps, which provides PSA and RMM technologies, said the integration with Guardz’s cybersecurity platform will give MSPs greater visibility into security risks while reducing the need to switch between separate tools. The companies also emphasized the importance of streamlining security operations as cyber threats continue to increase. The bundle launches immediately and is available to MSPs globally.
