Sherpa Software yesterday announced the latest release of its automated
  e-discovery tool,

stores search results in their own databases, eliminating previous database

Never mind that Microsoft released
a Community Technology Preview of SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 1 on Wednesday,
the public loves gossip. A Microsoft employee claimed
on a company blog site that Vista was going to ship November, a month later
than the previously rumored October timeframe. Elsewhere, an anonymous source
  told
Game Informer magazine the next installment of the popular Xbox video game Halo
won't be called Halo 3 but Halo Forerunner. To both tantalizing bits
of hearsay, Microsoft said it "doesn't comment on rumors or speculation."
  Oh well.
