Sybase DB Monitoring Tool Adds W2K Support

A vendor of a Sybase database performance management tool for DBAs has upgraded to support the Windows 2000 platform.

With version 2.6 of Cyrano Production, Cyrano supports Windows 2000, Sybase version 12 and new lock row levels in recent Sybase releases.

Cyrano Production runs as a background process alongside the production server. It analyzes Sybase databases and notifies the DBA and saves the information whenever it detects performance bottlenecks in production systems.
