Edify Makes Electronic Workforce Available

Edify Corp., a subsidiary of S1 Corp., has announced the availability of version 6.2 of its Electronic Workforce (EWF) product.

EWF is a customer interaction platform that enables the development of applications that deliver automated customer service via voice, e-mail, fax, wireless and Web channels.

Included in among the new features in version 6.2 are dynamic grammars that make it possible to personalize speech recognitions by adding new phrases, a single phrase correction capability that increases customer ease-of-use, and support of speech recognition in 21 languages.
