Aelita Adds Support for Novell Migration to W2K

Aelita Software Corp. added Novell NetWare migration capabilities to its Domain Migraiton Wizard, allowing mixed Windows NT and Novell NetWare networks to make an easier transition to Windows 2000. The company has also added an Exchange migration tool to improve Exchange directory processing.

Domain Migration Wizard can now copy and synchronize NetWare-based data to Windows NT or Windows 2000-based storage and translate object ACLs on the fly. Exchange directory processing is accomplished through a special tool that allows administrators to select individual Exchange directory objects to be processed and repermissioned in a single step.

Several new features, including a new scripting framework to automate Active Directory tasks; hierarchical project management workflow; and the ability to migrate NT delegation and OU structure to the Active Directory model round out the software update.
