SohoNet Offers Stand-alone ColdCache

SohoNet, a content management software provider, is now offering its ColdCache proprietary server-side caching accelerator as a stand-alone product. ColdCache, previously available as a part of SOHOnet's RunTime content management software system, caches dynamic pages, with all users of a similar profile seeing a copy of the original cached page.

Cached files can be set to expire at a certain date and time, and can be cleared programmatically or removed by an administrator. Other features include programmable cache management, dynamic rebuilding of cache files, on-demand cache file generation, and support for dozens of requests per second.
