Heroix Delivers Reporting and Graphing Solution for E-Business

Heroix Corp. today announced a new reporting and graphing facility which features over 400 pre-defined reports and graphs for IT executives and staff, as well as comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) support. The new Heroix RoboMon Reporting & Graphing facility can also generate custom reports for site-specific applications.

RoboMon presents views of reports and graphs that can be customized based on the role of the IT professional. Out of the box, the management view offers reports and graphs of summary data, providing an overview of IT performance, whereas the Administrative view presents more detailed reports and graphs suitable for day-to-day monitoring and problem solving. The facility enables each user to define their own view and customize the reports and graphs most relevant to their IT role. Reports and graphs are deliverable in many forms, including HTML, Excel, Word, SQL, and others for distribution via the Web or e-mail.

The new SLA module monitors all aspects of application, system and network service levels, including basic operations such as application and system uptime and network availability; application performance criteria; and system performance criteria. New reporting and graphing functions include over 400 pre-defined reports and graphs that can be used as-is or customized for site-specific needs; out-of-the-box Management and Administrative views that group reports and graphs for easy selection; an SLA module; and the generation of reports in any form for export. The Graphing and Reporting facility is currently available in RoboMon NT version 7.5.
