Heroix Corp. today announced a new reporting and graphing facility which features over 400 pre-defined reports and graphs for IT executives and staff, as well as comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) support. Reports and graphs are deliverable in many forms, including HTML, Excel, Word, SQL, and others for distribution via the Web or e-mail.

The new SLA module monitors all aspects of application, system and network service levels, including basic operations such as application and system uptime and network availability; application performance criteria; and system performance criteria. New reporting and graphing functions include over 400 pre-defined reports and graphs that can be used as-is or customized for site-specific needs; out-of-the-box Management and Administrative views that group reports and graphs for easy selection; an SLA module; and the generation of reports in any form for export.
