Reports and graphs are deliverable in many forms, including HTML, Excel, Word, SQL, and others for distribution via the Web or e-mail.

The new SLA module monitors all aspects of application, system and network service levels, including basic operations such as application and system uptime and network availability; application performance criteria; and system performance criteria. New reporting and graphing functions include over 400 pre-defined reports and graphs that can be used as-is or customized for site-specific needs; out-of-the-box Management and Administrative views that group reports and graphs for easy selection; an SLA module; and the generation of reports in any form for export.
