RCP: What do you call your program?
Keeler: Crayon US Partner Program (CUSP)
What do you call the CSP resellers in your program?
Crayon Partners.
What requirements does a partner need to meet to be a reseller for you?
A Microsoft partner ID.
Is there a cost involved?
There is no cost involved.
One of the attractions of the CSP program is that Microsoft does not own the customer billing. But has a reseller substituted Microsoft owning the customer billing for you, the CSP distribution partner, owning the customer billing?
No. Crayon allows the reseller to own the customer billing.
What protections or assurances have you put in place to reassure the reseller that they own the customer relationship?
The reseller can register the end customer with Crayon, and the reseller is identified as owning the relationship with the end customer.
Do you offer a white-label billing option or white-label support options?
Yes.
Is there a fee or different participation requirements for partners to use a white-label version?
No; however, we do have paid support options.
In addition to distributing Microsoft cloud keys and billing, what benefits are you providing to the resellers that they can, in turn, offer to their customers?
Crayon surrounds partners with solutions and intellectual property that addresses software asset management, governance, security, consulting and managed services.
What differentiates your CSP distribution offering from the other CSP indirect partners?
Crayon works with resellers to reduce the costs of managing the CSP program, scale the business and increase profitability. We help partners define go-to-market strategy that includes offer creation and lead generation.
How much demand are you seeing from resellers?
We are seeing interest and demand from resellers in the United States and double-digit growth month over month.
How many resellers have you signed up so far for your CSP program (United States and worldwide)?
We have signed over 100 partners in the United States and over 2000 worldwide.
