Maxtor Launches New NAS Drive

Maxtor Corp. released the newest member of its MaxAttach NAS family that packs 240 GB of storage space into 1.75 inches of rackmount space. The drive has a capacity of one terabyte in seven inches of rack height.
In addition, Maxtor announced enhancements to its desktop MaxAttach system, increasing its capacity to 120 GB, and adding Linux and Unix client support and enhanced management software.
