KPMG and Microsoft Expand Global AI Agent Initiative with Agent 365 and Copilot
KPMG and Microsoft have expanded their collaboration to support global deployment of enterprise AI agents through KPMG’s Agent 365 platform and Microsoft Copilot technologies. KPMG will adopt Microsoft Agent 365 to manage how AI agents are deployed, managed, monitored and updated across its global organization.
The initiative is designed to help organizations integrate AI agents into business operations, enabling automation, decision support and workflow optimization across multiple functions. The effort combines KPMG’s consulting and industry expertise with Microsoft’s AI, cloud and productivity platforms. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, KPMG professionals around the world use AI in everyday work, helping to improve speed, quality and consistency in how services are delivered to clients.
KPMG said Agent 365 is intended to help enterprises deploy and manage AI agents at scale while maintaining governance, security and compliance requirements. The collaboration will focus on helping organizations move beyond pilot projects and incorporate AI into day-to-day operations.
