Zensai Prepares Agentic AI Coach for Microsoft 365

Zensai plans to introduce an agentic AI coaching platform designed to provide personalized workplace guidance using employee and organizational context. The company will demonstrate the technology at HumanX Amsterdam, taking place Sept. 22-24.

The Agentic Coach will work with Zensai's Human Success platform, which covers learning, performance management, employee engagement, strategic insights and succession planning. Zensai says the system can use information about an employee's skills, goals, performance and priorities to provide more relevant recommendations.

Rather than operating strictly as a question-and-answer chatbot, the technology is intended to work proactively, identifying relevant information and suggesting actions that could support an employee's work or professional development.

Zensai already integrates its workforce technology with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint. The new coaching capabilities are being developed specifically around Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem.

For IT administrators, introducing AI agents that use workforce context raises familiar governance requirements around identity, permissions and data access. Personalized coaching depends on potentially sensitive employee and organizational information, making controls over what an agent can retrieve and how that information is used an important deployment consideration.

Zensai plans to begin pilot deployments of the agentic coaching capabilities in the fourth quarter of 2026, with broader availability targeted for the first quarter of 2027.
