Dun & Bradstreet Brings Commercial Data to Microsoft AI Agents

Dun & Bradstreet has integrated its D&B Commercial Graph with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Sales agents, giving AI agents access to verified commercial information through Model Context Protocol connections.

Organizations building custom agents in Copilot Studio can use the data for workflows involving credit and risk evaluation, third-party onboarding, compliance, supply chain management, account-based marketing and master data management.

The integration also extends to Microsoft's prebuilt Dynamics 365 Sales agents, including its Sales Qualification Agent and Sales Opportunity Agent. Those agents can use D&B data to research accounts, qualify leads, identify risk signals, evaluate opportunities and prioritize sales activities.

Dun & Bradstreet's Commercial Graph uses the D-U-N-S Number as an identifier for connecting business identities, corporate relationships and risk information. Microsoft agents can access that commercial context in near real time.

For organizations building AI workflows tailored to their business, Microsoft Copilot Studio enables users to build custom agents that extend trusted business context into the workflows such as credit and risk evaluation, third-party onboarding, compliance, supply chain management and account-based marketing.

Together, these capabilities extend D&B's presence across Microsoft AI, enabling organizations to apply verified business identity, relationship and risk data directly within agentic workflows. Agents operating against different or outdated customer and supplier records can produce conflicting results, particularly when workflows involve credit, compliance or other consequential business decisions.
