Kyndryl Expands Bridge Platform with Agentic AI for IT Operations

Kyndryl has introduced agentic AI capabilities for its Kyndryl Bridge platform, targeting more proactive management of enterprise IT operations. The update enables AI agents to assist with monitoring, analysis and operational decision-making across IT environments. The system is designed to identify potential issues, recommend actions and automate parts of incident response workflows before disruptions escalate. With its predictive detection and prevention capabilities, Kyndryl transforms IT operations from reactive recovery to proactive prevention. The company said, "The capability handles early detection at scale for 10 million-plus incidents annually, and has demonstrated upwards of a 90% reduction in mission-critical production outages for certain customers."

Kyndryl Bridge is used to provide visibility into enterprise infrastructure and operations. By adding agent-based AI capabilities, Kyndryl aims to help organizations improve operational efficiency while reducing manual intervention in day-to-day IT management. The enhancements integrate with existing enterprise systems and data sources, allowing AI-driven insights to be incorporated into broader operational processes and governance frameworks.
