Aptean Introduces AppCentral: AI Platform and Agents for On-Premises Business Central Users
Aptean has introduced an artificial intelligence platform, AppCentral, and AI agents designed for organizations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in on-premises environments. The offering enables businesses to integrate AI-driven automation and analytics into existing ERP workflows without requiring a full move to the cloud. The platform is intended to support tasks such as process automation, data analysis and decision support across finance, operations and supply chain functions. The release also introduces 10 AI agents, accessible to Aptean's AI hub with the newly launched AppCentral.
The AI agents can interact with enterprise data and systems to streamline routine processes and improve operational efficiency. The goal is to extend AI capabilities to organizations that continue to operate on-premises infrastructure. Many enterprises still run critical workloads on-premises due to regulatory, cost or operational requirements. Partners can preview AppCentral at Directions North America.
