First-Timers: Big Discount on First MCP, Dynamics Exam

If you're taking your first MCP or Microsoft Dynamics exam, you're eligible for a 40 percent discount on your very first exam.

It's part of a program that Microsoft launched quietly on its Web site on May 1, and which runs until June 30. The offer is available only in the U.S. and Canada, but is expected to be available in Mexico this week.

According to a Microsoft FAQ, the discount applies to any MCP or Microsoft Dynamics exam taken during the offer period for candidates who have never taken any Microsoft exam. Candidates must register through Pearson Vue or Prometric testing centers and specifically request a promotion code when scheduling an exam. The discount also applies to retakes of that first exam, but the retake must be completed before June 30.

This offer cannot be combined with other offers, such as Exam Insurance. For details, click here.
