NaviSite offers hosted services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

NaviSite Inc. announced Wednesday the availability of Application Management Services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

The hosted services include 24x7 Level 2 and 3 application support; routine patch, fix and service pack management; application maintenance/tuning and database management; monitoring and management of the application infrastructure; and disaster recovery capabilities.

NaviSite also participated in Microsoft's Technology Adoption Program, part of the Microsoft Early Adopter Program, for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers. As part of the Technology Adoption Program, NaviSite worked directly with Microsoft to provide feedback on the technology and best practices for implementation and management of Microsoft's hosted CRM 3.0 edition. Microsoft provided support, access to lab and engineering resources, and training to support the initial rollout of the hosted Microsoft CRM 3.0 solution.
