PeopleSoft Ships CRM Analytics

PeopleSoft Inc. announced the delivery of PeopleSoft CRM
Analytics, an Internet suite of applications that enables organizations to
measure the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and customer support activities.
The suite includes PeopleSoft Sales Activity Insight, which
assesses the effectiveness of sales activities; Marketing Insight, which
measures the performance of marketing campaigns and activities; Support
Insight, which evaluates customer service activities; Profitability Insight,
which identifies customer trends and performs comparisons to track costs,
profit, and value; and Customer Scorecard, which offers key performance
indicators for measuring the effectiveness of CRM activities.
PeopleSoft CRM Analytics solutions are built on the PeopleSoft 8 Pure Internet architecture, which reached 1,000 orders earlier this week.
