Discus Launches ActiveDL for Microsoft Exchange

Discus Data Solutions LLC released ActiveDL 1.0, which automates the creation and maintenance of distribution lists for Microsoft Exchange 5.5. Additionally, the company announced the beta release of ActiveGroups 2000, which automates the generation and maintenance of distribution lists and security groups for Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000.

ActiveDL and ActiveGroups 2000 enable users to create distribution lists and security groups based on any criteria contained in the Exchange or Active Directory. A proprietary, built-in query builder supports the creation of queries, which can be executed immediately or scheduled to run on a regular basis.
