Ultimate Software Offers DNA-Based ASP

Ultimate Software Group Inc. announced that its UltiPro Web now utilizes the Microsoft Windows DNA architecture to offer an application hosting model for human resource and payroll management. UltiPro Web uses middle-tier COM+ objects to build the Business Object layer in its current ASP solution.

Ultimate's ASP model, called "intersourcing," provides enterprises with real-time access to all their employee data, Web access for managers and employees, business intelligence tools for executive decision-making, and comprehensive human resource and payroll functionality.
