Percussion Releases Data Integration Upgrade

Percussion Software today announced Notrix 5.3, the latest upgrade of its Lotus Domino data integration tool. Notrix is an integration tool that allows real-time connectivity between Lotus Notes and SAP R/3.

A new key feature of Notrix is stored procedures support for real-time access to relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase, as well as other databases reachable through ODBC. This allows users to perform transactions to their relational database systems via a Web browser or Notes client.

Additionally, Notrix offers Lotus multi-byte character support (LMBCS) for handling Notes objects such as form and view names. This feature enables global companies to use Notrix regardless of their native language.
