Microsoft Picks DMR for Advisory Board

Microsoft Corp. recently chose DMR Consulting to serve on its worldwide business intelligence (BI) partner advisory council (PAC).

With its new presence on Microsoft's (www.microsoft.com) PAC, DMR (www.dmr.com) will be able to collaborate with Microsoft on products and program strategies, while also offering input and feedback throughout product planning stages.

As one of 30 firms now represented on the PAC, DMR will help with pilot efforts for product development, sales, and marketing, and also be a part of developing a networking community for other members of the technology industry.

DMR was chosen by in part Microsoft because of its long history of building data warehouses. "Our partners are carefully chosen to ensure a wide representation of our clients and a broad spectrum of new ideas," says Chris Cale, director of partner strategy at Microsoft. -Alicia Costanza
