MicroStrategy Releases eCRM6

MicroStrategy Inc. recently announced the availability of its new customer relationship management (CRM) product, eCRM 6.

ECRM 6 is an off-the-shelf application designed to help a company create a full view of its customers and build relationships with them.

The new MicroStrategy product leverages the MicroStrategy Intelligent E-Business platform and comes equipped with Web-centric data, preconfigured analysis models, and report definitions. ECRM 6 also has an eCRM management portal that allows customers to access eCRM reports.

ECRM 6 has five core software engines that power it. These include a customer information store, an analysis/segmentation engine, a personalization engine, a broadcast engine, and a transaction/interaction engine.

ECRM 6 is currently available and can be purchased for $300,000.
