Novell Enhances GroupWise

Novell Inc. has announced the availability of Novell GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack. This Enhancement Pack extends many of the capabilities of Novell's directory-enabled application. GroupWise 5.5 draws upon Novell Directory Services for system administration, user authentication and the management of user identity.

Enhancement Pack 5.5 offers GroupWise 5.5 users a faster and more productive experience using GroupWise WebAccess. It allows users to manipulate multiple messages, delete messages without opening them and access Internet directories through the LDAP standard. Enhancement Pack 5.5 offers an enhanced GroupWise Windows client that offers users expanded printing capabilities, HTML editing and the integration of open Internet standards. Additionally, Enhancement Pack 5.5 offers HTTP monitoring of the GroupWise 5.5 system, increased manageability of GroupWise 5.5 in a Windows NT environment, and support of directory-enabled Novell products. GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack is currently available.
