Mylex Launches Reseller Web Site

Mylex Corp. (Fremont, Calif., www.mylex.com) today launched the Mylex Reseller Services Program. The Program implements a wide range of exclusive reseller program benefits, such as a special reseller-only Mylex Web-site, a generous product evaluation program, lead referrals, expanded sales and marketing tools, a quarterly reseller newsletter and priority technical support.

Mylex's new authorized reseller Web site, located at http://reseller.mylex.com, provides resellers instant access to services they can use to sell, service and support their customers. The site provides educational and editorial information designed to help keep resellers abreast of the latest server storage trends and issues.

"We designed this program based upon a Mylex survey of 1,000 resellers," says Michael Joyce, director of channel marketing at Mylex. "Our survey found that resellers name service and support as their most important requirements for a RAID vendor partner, because these are the same requirements their customers place upon them." --Brian Ploskina, Assistant Editor
