Pax8 Acquires Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider TVG

Microsoft indirect provider and RCP 350 partner Pax8 this week announced its plan to acquire TVG, an indirect partner within Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, for an undisclosed amount.

Pax8 operates a marketplace platform that helps partners provision, bill and integrate cloud services. Headquartered in Greenwood, Colo., Pax8 says the acquisition of Riga, Latvia-based TVG gives it the opportunity to expand its customer base to the Baltic region, where TVG is a major provider of cloud and software solutions.

"This acquisition will enable Pax8 to expand into the Baltic States to offer partners access to its award-winning marketplace, education, and localized support," said Pax8 CEO John Street in a prepared statement. "Together, we are enabling partners worldwide to capitalize on the market opportunities with cloud technology and drive the digital transformation."

TVG also has a partner base of over 1,000 Baltic-based companies. Besides Microsoft solutions, TVG also provides services around Adobe, Corel, Altaro, TeamViewer and ManageEngine.

"We are thrilled to welcome TVG to offer partners in the Baltic States access to innovative solutions, streamlined processes, professional services, and comprehensive support to build robust technology stacks, delivering greater value to their clients," added Harald Nuij, managing director at Pax8 Europe.
