Aqcess Technologies Ships Windows-Based Mobile Device

Aqcess Technologies Inc. introduced its Qbe Cirrus Personal Computing Tablet, a Windows-based mobile computing device roughly the size of a legal pad.
The Qbe Cirrus is equipped with a 400-MHz, Pentium II processor, as well as a 12-GB hard drive, 128 MB of memory, a 56K modem and an NIC. The Qbe Cirrus also features Internet access as well as a digital video/still camera. Additionally, the Qbe Cirrus features voice control.
