Amalgamated Software of North America, Inc. (ASNA) has announced its
intention to fully integrate its Visual RPG/Caviar (AVR) with Microsoft Visual
Studio 7.0, a first step toward embracing Microsoft's .NET platform.
AVR already supports XML and future versions will contain even more
intrinsic support of XML as ASNA's commitment to .NET expands. ASNA also plans
to expand capabilities of AVR into Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Wireless
Application Protocol (WAP), and the next generation of Active Server Pages
programming, ASP+ with future iterations.
