Rational Introduces SiteLoad Load Testing Software

Rational Software Corp. released Rational SiteLoad, a Web-based load testing product designed to help organizations prevent Web site failures.

SiteLoad is written in Java, deployed on a Web server, and accessed through a browser. It is designed for Web personnel, rather than testers. SiteLoad allows users to incrementally increase the user lead for a pre-set length of time or until a performance threshold is met. SiteLoad RealStatus reports provide real-time graphs that detail the response times and resources used by the testing systems.
