Oberon Introduces E-Business Solution

Oberon Software today announced the availability of the Oberon e-Enterprise family of e-business integration products and services. The solution consists of the e-Enterprise family of integration products, consulting services and an application and services business partner network.

The e-Enterprise family includes the Oberon Commerce Integrator, which addresses the needs of businesses engaged in most e-business interactions, including Web front-ends, business-to-business, and internal integration. This package enables Internet based e-commerce by incorporating support for Web clients and servers, encryption capabilities, bundled application server components, commerce product integration solutions, Web content, and a broad variety of deployment options.

Oberon Business Integrator, another component of the family, establishes effective connections with customers and suppliers, allowing suppliers to be more efficient and accurate and providing customers access to detailed, comprehensive order status information. The Oberon Application Integrator for ISVs integrates key systems within the enterprise while eliminating redundancy, streamlining internal processes and helping organizations incorporate e-business processes.

The Oberon e-Enterprise suite is currently available.
