FileWave released its cross-platform software and hardware inventory
system,
Asset Trustee 7.5. With the SQL-based software, IT staff can
gather and report on detailed hardware, software and configuration information
for all networked laptops, desktops and servers running Windows 98 through XP
and Mac OS X 10.2 through 10.4. Query results can be saved in text or Microsoft
Excel format. New in version 7.5 is the ability to report software usage --
when applications are launched and quit as well as total and average usage times.

Idera announced the availability of SQL Diagnostic Manager v4.0,
a real-time performance monitoring and diagnostics solution for SQL Server.
This new version features Metrics Repository, a central repository engine that
captures and stores SQL Server performance analysis data from multiple instances
of SQL Server across the enterprise. Other features include an enhanced Web
console and SNMP alert dispatches to enterprise management frameworks like Tivoli,

ANTs Software Inc. said it is now shipping ANTs Data Server 3.4,
a database that supports applications written for the popular databases Oracle,
Oracle-TimesTen, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL and Informix. Version 3.4 also adds
support for Microsoft .NET and heterogeneous replication to non-ANTs databases.

Claritude Software released SpeedFiler 1.0, a plug-in for Microsoft
Outlook that more efficiently files incoming and outgoing e-mail into appropriate
subfolders, according to the Tel Aviv, Israel-based company. Priced at $19.95.

emBoot Inc. released netBoot/i version 1.1, featuring broader
platform support, expanded interoperability with third-party tools, increased
performance and support for Windows XP and Server 2003 x64 clients. Also, netBoot/I
now works with Microsoft’s Sysprep utility to assist in duplication of
