High Velocity Releases "Speedy" Bullet SAN Hub

High Velocity Systems, a supplier of Fibre Channel equipment, announced its Bullet 600, a 6-port, high speed Fibre Channel hub for SANs.

The Bullet 600 is designed to operate within a gigabit storage network. It features an embedded "safe port" logic system, which qualifies devices before granting them access to the hub and removes errant nodes quickly; digital filtering, to ensure signal integrity by removing jitter; and regeneration of data.
