Freshwater Software Introduces Turnkey Managed Services for Web Sites

Freshwater Software Inc. today announced the launch of SiteReliance, an annual subscription service which offers e-businesses a turnkey managed services solution for their internal and outsourced Web environments. SiteReliance offers several key features for an end-to-end e-commerce monitoring solution. These include on-site Freshwater consultants, monitoring coverage from inside and outside the network, error notification, generation of custom reports, quarterly on-site meetings, and access to Freshwater's product support team.

SiteReliance's deep monitoring feature offers end-to-end transaction monitoring for critical e-commerce processes, such as online ordering or database transactions to verify that they are executing properly during each step of the interaction. SiteReliance experts also assist e-businesses in setting up performance benchmarks that help Web administrators identify potential future performance problems. SiteReliance can be used to monitor either internal or outsourced Web environments. It is currently available on a one-year subscription plan.
