Freshwater Software Introduces Turnkey Managed Services for Web Sites

Freshwater Software Inc. today announced the launch of SiteReliance, an annual subscription service which offers e-businesses a turnkey managed services solution for their internal and outsourced Web environments. SiteReliance offers several key features for an end-to-end e-commerce monitoring solution. These include on-site Freshwater consultants, monitoring coverage from inside and outside the network, error notification, generation of custom reports, quarterly on-site meetings, and access to Freshwater's product support team.

SiteReliance's deep monitoring feature offers end-to-end transaction monitoring for critical e-commerce processes, such as online ordering or database transactions to verify that they are executing properly during each step of the interaction. SiteReliance experts also assist e-businesses in setting up performance benchmarks that help Web administrators identify potential future performance problems.
