Oracle Introduces Sales Compensation Solution for E-Business

Oracle Corp. today introduced Oracle FastForward Sales Compensation, a software and services package that enables growing companies to create, maintain, and analyze sales compensation plans. The offering is a package that includes software, implementation services, education and support, and is designed to help a company implement the system in as little as 60 business days.

The FastForward Sales Compensation package includes the Oracle Sales Compensation module, which automates the compensation processes, eliminating the need for sales representatives to spend time calculating commissions. The package also includes transaction processing, compensation calculation and reporting capabilities, which enable organizations to reduce manual processing.
