The primary nature of the consultants is to provide complete brain power to companies and keep them indulged in hard work. It is a no-brainer that the consultants have always been very committed and dedicated workers. The predominant reason for them to be very devoted is that they simply have to be as they are a part of a process. Generally, a process could never stop running and if it stops, it is repaired by throwing out the non-complying components -- which is a non-performing consultant. When you are equivalent to a component: you are doing nothing significant but the same uninteresting tasks and repeating the same things.
