Yahoo To Buy Zimbra
As we
reported
last week in Redmond Report,
Yahoo
will acquire Zimbra for $350 million in a transaction expected to close
in the fourth quarter of this year.
Zimbra CTO Scott Dietzen was a keynote speaker at the Redmond Media Group Web
Builder 2.0 conference last year, and he'll be joining
us again in December at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. It will be interesting
to get his perspective on what the long-range goal for this marriage is.
