WatchGuard Launches Hybrid SASE Platform for MSPs and Midmarket IT

WatchGuard Technologies has introduced FireCloud Total Access, a hybrid secure access service edge (SASE) platform designed to bring enterprise-grade security to managed service providers (MSPs) and smaller IT teams. Delivered through WatchGuard Cloud, the service combines secure web gateway (SWG), firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS), zero trust network access (ZTNA), and identity management in a single platform. The company says the solution reduces the need for VPNs and hardware, making deployment faster for hybrid workforces.

WatchGuard is positioning FireCloud as a midmarket-friendly option with a lighter operational footprint. This could make it attractive for MSPs supporting SMB clients that lack the resources to deploy complex SASE architectures. FireCloud total access is available through the WatchGuard Partner portal.
