ServiceNow Expands AI Platform with Zurich Release

ServiceNow has rolled out its Zurich release, introducing new capabilities to the ServiceNow AI Platform designed to scale enterprise AI use. Key additions include the AI Central Tower for centralized governance, RaptorDB for high-performance data unification and enhanced workflow automation across IT, HR and customer service functions. The update also strengthens ServiceNow’s Responsible AI framework with features for transparency and compliance.

The release comes as enterprises accelerate AI adoption but struggle with fragmented governance. By pairing workflow automation with governance and unified data, ServiceNow is positioning its AI platform as both a productivity driver and a compliance safeguard in large-scale enterprise environments. The release is generally available and can be found in the ServiceNow store.
