CyberFOX and MSP Process Partner on End-User and Technician Verification

CyberFOX and MSP Process have announced a strategic partnership to integrate dual identity verification into managed service provider (MSP) environments. Under the agreement, CyberFOX will resell MSP Process’s end-user and technician verification technology, which uses two-way authentication to confirm identities and block impersonation attempts. The tools are designed to mitigate risks from voice-based phishing attacks, a growing tactic in which attackers pose as IT staff or clients to gain unauthorized access.

By combining privileged access management with proactive identity validation, CyberFOX and MSP Process aim to deliver a comprehensive, tailored solution designed specifically for MSPs and their customers. With the growth in voice-based phishing schemes, attackers target end users to gain unauthorized access. CyberFOX specializes in privileged access management, while MSP enables process identity verification to deliver efficiency, security and compliance.
