"Our renewed partnership with Microsoft is a shared vision for the future," said Caroline Basyn, Adecco's chief digital and IT officer. "Together, we are building a future-ready organisation that empowers our people, enhances operational excellence, and delivers greater value to our clients and candidates around the world."

HR and staffing firms are increasingly turning to AI and hyperscale cloud platforms to streamline operations and meet evolving workforce demands. With this extented Microsoft partnership, Adecco says it aims to position itself as a leader in "human-centric" technology solutions.
