Founded in 2020, Makutu has expertise in Microsoft Fabric readiness, OneLake migration, predictive analytics and real-time IoT platforms. Its public and private sector clients span the local government, housing, utilities and retail sectors, among others.

The acquisition brings Makutu’s Microsoft-first approach into ANS’s long-standing strategic alignment with Microsoft. ANS was named Microsoft Services Partner of the Year in 2024 and employs over 100 Microsoft-certified professionals. The integration will give Makutu expanded go-to-market reach via ANS’s 650-person team and national client base.
