SilverTree Equity Acquires mhance To Expand Microsoft Services Footprint

SilverTree Equity has acquired mhance, a U.K.-based Microsoft technology partner, in a move aimed at accelerating growth across Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, as well as data and AI.

Julian Stone, former founder of Pythagoras and now mhance's executive chairman, will help steer the firm's strategic direction under its new ownership.

"With AI now embedded across Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, organisations of all sizes and sectors are accelerating their digital transformation," Stone said in a prepared statement. "mhance is uniquely positioned to help customers unlock the full potential of this ecosystem -- combining proven Microsoft expertise, a strong track record of delivery, and our own IP to create tailored, high-impact solutions."

mhance currently serves over 500 clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland, with over a decade of experience in the field and collaborations with nonprofit organisations such as WWF, among others. The company is also one of the United Kingdom's last major support providers for Microsoft Dynamics GP, which Microsoft plans to phase out in the coming years.

The deal underscores SilverTree's continued interest in acquiring businesses with a deep network of software and technological expertise.
